As Senior Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the company: keeping every team member accountable, every unit of stock accounted for, and every Monday report landing on the founder's desk with the clarity needed to make real decisions.
Your Mission
- 01Manage all direct reports with clear KPIs and documented accountability rhythms
- 02Track and reconcile physical hardware inventory weekly with zero unresolved discrepancies
- 03Run Jira boards as the single source of truth for all staff tasks
- 04Deliver concise, insight-driven operations reports to the founder every Monday
- 05Collect activity updates from all team members and surface meaningful patterns
- 06Own the full operations function without waiting for direction
