ZST Technologies is opening its first Sales Academy - a 12-week paid program launching October 2026 in Lagos. We're hiring 15+ early-career Associates who will learn to sell fintech payments products under real mentorship, work live accounts from day one, and graduate into a full-time Sales Executive role. No degree required. Hustle counts.
Your Mission
- 01Prospect and qualify SME merchants through outbound calls and outreach daily
- 02Run structured discovery calls to uncover merchant payment pain points
- 03Deliver live product demos on POS terminals and payment gateways
- 04Build and manage a personal prospect pipeline under mentor guidance
- 05Hit weekly activity targets and report progress at team check-ins
- 06Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to the next pitch
