ZST Technologies is building a corporate kitchen in Abuja and needs a creative, multi-skilled chef to lead it from day one. You will own the menu, shape the food culture, and mentor junior staff - all while cooking across six cuisines. Your Mission
- 01Operate the corporate kitchen daily, delivering consistent multi-cuisine menus on schedule
- 02Design and test original seasonal menus across Nigerian, Continental, Asian, Pastry, Mediterranean, and British cuisines
- 03Supervise and develop 1–2 junior kitchen staff toward independent performance
- 04Maintain food quality standards and meet client satisfaction benchmarks every service
- 05Manage kitchen hygiene, prep workflows, and ingredient sourcing for smooth daily operations
- 06Travel and relocate as the role demands, representing the kitchen at different locations
